During one of the surfacings through the Arctic ice cap, in the vicinity of the North Pole, the boat's Quartermasters worked out the distance to hometowns for the crew. As you can see we brought along our own North Pole along with Santa Claus (not pictured).  Unfortunately I do not recall the distance on the blurred sign to Poughkeepsie, NY.
